I hate to say it but it's definitely not real in my opinion. Let's see what others say.

Sorry to say too, but this is not real in my opinion. Looks like it was signed by a female person, maybe a secretary.

Hello michelle, there are different people for Elvis e.g. Autograph post, backstage or the motto: give me your LP or photo and I'll ask Elvis to give you an autograph. Often the bodyguards then simply wrote Elvis's own signature. Even the employees in the Graceland Office - which were mostly women - have independently answered the fan mail. This signature with dedication has a certain flow that does not point to the bodyguards. They look different. For me - it's just a guess on my part - this autograph looks rather feminine.
