Is this a real Frank Caiazzo authentication?

I bought some Beatles Autographs a while ago and it came with this. I was just curious if someone could tell by looking at it if it is actually from Frank.

Hey Jack...the signatures are printed on this 1963 photo...and the letter from Frank is a forgery...

The Frank letter is forged. The Beatles signatures are facsimiles.
