Is this an authentic Billy Joel Autograph?

I believe John means the dark ink on the dark image. It does not "pop" or show well. Imagine if it were signed in silver or white for example. It also appears rushed - other will know more. Is that a glossy photo or ? It appears speckled.

 Correct eric. Dark photo and dark pen .Doesnt show well on top of a possible rushed graph.

PS - Here is an example of strong contrast. Kraftwerk 2013, silver on black with poster and 3-D glasses.
