Is This Bob Dylan legit

It came from R and R, with a REAL certificate available. Just the price that Roger charges for Dylan varies from $750??!! to $300.  Let me know what you think.

Probably ok, but for Dylan I only trust Roger and Jeff Gold with RecordMecca.

It was authenticated by Roger for R & R, which is why I bought it. It is also a full legible signature, of the type where he was signing for someone he cared about, and was not in any rush, vs. the fast sharpie scribble when you have a bunch of people around.

What so many start and or stop dots?

It seems to be one of those low budget felt tips that make a dot every time you put it down and take it off, as well as everywhere the lines cross. Those are not actual dots, just double colored.
