I'm already closer to 100 than most here. BTW, like my broccoli too. Excuse me, got to go get that last piece of Key Lime pie in the fridge. Mercy!!

Haha. I have a ways to go, and my next 60 years ought to include me taking my well being a lot more seriously.

Funny how being a dad changes things.

Regardless... enjoy your pie! We all deserve a treat now and then.

Mmmm

Donuts and pie are good stress relievers

And it's not food that kills.... It's stress

I'll be living to 200 :)

Oh yes. Stress is huge, I agree. If I keep contributing here from my studies and then being attacked by random people on AML, I may only live another few years. ;)

Back to RACC for me, I suppose.

I personally  welcome your comments. Hope you stop by here often. Honestly............

BTW, DNA plays the biggest role in longevity. The other stuff helps but it's primarily in the genes. And exercise is second. If you don't use it; you lose it.

Eh, I think you greatly under-estimate how important the things you consume can impact your health.

I welcome them too, and would especially like to know if we can use the signatures shown in the OP as authentic exemplars?

Bd welcomes the comments as long as he can use the jll examplars, move along people no selfish motives here! Eric clapton the thread was on.

What does that mean?

Mr Steffman

Maybe you know signatures, but understanding health is not your strong suit

So sugar donuts are equal to fruits and vegetables? Yikes

Remember who said that, not me. Just having a bit of fun as things seemed to be going the wrong direction earlier. Eating does help but nothing can stop bad DNA. And exercise. I've lived long and there are many, many variables. I eat healthy although enjoy a treat from time to time. My life is simple and I just try to enjoy each and everyday. And, I have four grown children and adopted four more in my sixties. Still going strong.
