Is this Frank Sinatra autograph authentic?

Hi everybody, would anyone be able to shed some light on this autographed photo of Frank Sinatra for me please.

I bought a house and found this photo, tucked inside a Frank Sinatra, Royal Festival Hall, London 1978 programme.

It's written in blue ink and it looks like you can see the indentations of the pen.

I believe this is a secretarial signature and not by the hand of Sinatra himself.
