It's Carrie's autograph, that much is definite, the track is authentically hers. But like Erik asked, let's see what it's on. This question is doubly important because I think I've seen that exact Carrie Fisher signature before.

Posted a better picture in this discussion, its from the US dated 2001 and looks like it was signed with a black Sharpie on 4 x 5.5 inch card.

The signature is authentic. There is also a seller watermark on the photo which makes it look odd.
