Is This Jordan Autograph Real?

Needed help determining the authenticity of a Jordan auto. What are yall's thoughts? Is it real?

Also on the jersey...is it an authentic or a custom? The finals patch in the upper right of the jersey looks weird.

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated!

No expert here but it looks pretty much like my Upper Deck authenticated jordan signatures. Nice contrast too. Also, deferring to those with more expertise.

It’s Upper Deck with matching holograms which means this autograph signing was witnessed by a representative of Upper Deck. This is a slam dunk real Jordan autograph.
