Is this Mantle an autopen ?

i saw this mantle pic on ebay....and was wondering whats with the dots....???? the style looks really good, IMO..faded but looks okay and i see all these dark dots at the end of letters.... does anyone have any thoughts on this one...is it an autopen...?

I don't know about the dots, but that Mantle is a forgery.

thanks guys....i sure failed the mantle forgery test....i wouldnt have bought it because of the dots as mantle never stopped signing after every single letter....but i sure thought the style/shape etc was good.....

still wondering about the dots.....
