Is this real?

This was recently put on eBay. I don’t know if it’s real or not. It looks fine but the COA looks like it’s fake. What do you guys think

It's a well-known concert photo that you can buy copies of.  The actual signed photo is shown on this site from 2009. I didn't take time to translate the write-up:

Gary's a good, reputable guy but his specialty and expertise is in vintage Hollywood.

Oh wow. Gary has it as a telephoto lens candid 4x6 signed for "us" (a friend of his?) and obtained IP 20 years ago.
