Ok cool, I was just suspicious that they came up with one to ship immediately after I asked for a refund but if they are shipping them all then I guess they got the other batch they said were waiting on.

My label was created December 15th from the 1st batch. Just checked, still no movement. Guess I need to threaten to cancel as well

Good luck with that. I've been waiting on a refund for my cancellation since November. It's currently in dispute with Paypal.

Sorry to hear that. Luckily paypal should work out in the end. I was like Joel, on the fence ordering from them but you can't pass up a Hetfield opportunity, and thus was after I scored some of the slipcase versions. I got greedy because I wanted some for cuts. I should have known better. Luckily, I stayed away from the Michael Richards madness and he's one I've wanted for over 25 years. In the big picture, sometimes its best to spend extra on ebay and know exactly what you are getting and when. Although, if they somehow released a Jimmy Page for $50, I'd be crazy not to buy, but like that would really ever happen. Live and learn.

Well, here's my experience. They lied to the Better Business Bureau twice, they sent an intentionally misleading response to my dispute case with PayPal. Then when I pointed out they were being deceptive-Premiere lost the Paypal case and I got a refund.
If you can, always go Paypal with Premiere. Because they usually charge up front for a pre-order. Then, if they delay long enough you'll be out of the dispute window long before you know there's a problem. So if you must deal with ethically challenged companies with poor customer service-my advice to anyone on here is to give yourself the extra layer of protection.

Mine were delivered in the UK today from the last Premiere restock no complaints ,well packaged and sent via fedex ,took about 4 days from notification, 2 books is a weighty parcel think i paid about $40 shipping which is very reasonable
I Might have been lucky ( i usually arent the damaged or smudged items seem to come my way more often than they should ) , its only my second ever order with them,and so far so good

Terrible. Im probably done with premiere anyways. Hetfield was a one off worth the gamble.
