Is anyone in the US still waiting on delivery? Mine still hasn't arrived. Im thinking maybe its another delay in chicago customs but no way to know.

Received mine today, and god damn it, execution a major miss. Definitely not auto pen, but useless for display purposes!

I managed to buy two from JBHIFI.  I got lucky with one of them, sigs on the same page, even though the green print is not that great.  So I am happy.

I never received my order, although I received a shipping notification back in August.  Anybody else have the same problem?  It was my first time ordering from JB Hi-Fi, so I don't know how things go with them.  It said it should arrive in 14-42 days, but ... still nothing.
