Now perhaps the seller truly believes that this is an authentic JFK signed rare item, or maybe he (or she) just wants to present it as such and make a killing. However, I would think that if you're wanting to get almost $20K for a copy of a signed speech, you should do a lot of research before trying to make a killing.
This is clearly an example of "Secretary I" in Charles Hamilton's highly-regarded book, "The Robot That Helped to Make a President". Hopefully, people that have an extra $20K to blow will also do their research as well. Here's the link and pics are below:
