Sometimes such a common alignment between sig and image feature (jacket/shirt) can work against - he is seems to enhance. Beautiful. Are there enough known to say what his "normal" placement would be?

Thanks Eric,I think im gonna need it.
Nice pic sadly enough it goes far beyond my budget. It's a shame the supply has really dried up. I remember when there were a few signed checks on ebay and now even those are gone.

$12,300.- including BP.

I think it was a pretty good price considering the rarity of it.i was the 8k bidder.thats as high as I wanted to go.i knew I wasn’t going to win it with that bid.

A+ for effort! Maybe next time :) Maybe something...better!

Doesn't get much better than that!!

Considering that the estimate was $15K+, it may not have met the reserve and could be going back to the consignor.

im gonna call rr tomorrow and ask them if it sold or not.i was very close to bidding over that 10k bid.i just didn't know if i was over bidding on it.there isn't comparables to really get an idea of what fair value is. Next bid was 11k,the price would have been 13,500. I had to back off

Fingers re-crossed! :) It is none of my business, the $, but when there are no comparables, I get excited. I have been given this advice by some top folks several times. I am sure you have too.

This is the signed promo photo that sold not too long ago for $14,500.- through RR. I still find certain "oddities" on this one.

For me, as far as presentation/placement/contrast/eye appeal etc - I prefer the recent example even if condition is a hair less.
