absolutely authentic and a very nice example!
James, I think it comes down to personal preference and price. I believe the felt tip signatures might be a bit less expensive and some of them are very nice. I just saw a beautiful Ted Williams signed in blue sharpie for 200, and it is one of the nicest Williams signed balls I have ever seen.
From a resale standpoint, an ink-signed (preferably blue) would command a higher price typically, than felt tip.
You can get very nice Joe D balls for around 300 or so.
James, the company referenced in the COA was a very reputable company. I purchased many items from them years ago.
Very authentic.
There are some beautiful Joe D. sigs on Ebay.
