Hi there,

Wondering if this signed John Lennon signature is legit? Currently listed on ebay with a Beckett and Frank Caiazzo auth. What do you think? Asking is $5700. Is that a realistic price?

Thank you!

I'd look for a different example. Seems pricey. I can't stand it when folks change the signing angle to frame. There is some age toning there and a dent if you can see it. Not a fan of the framing and who knows what's inside...I am reminded of the MJ secured to a mat with duck/duct tape! That is not the suprise you want. Something is turning me off to this item.

Lennon’s are all over the place. Do not pay 5700 for that. You can get a nice, Beatles era one for like 3.

ridiculous price

Thank you all on your valuable feedback!

The price is high but I love the autograph: bold red and nicely signed.

If I’m not mistaken, I believe this one sold at Heritage Auction a while back for between $2-3,000. I also concur with what other have said that you can get a better for an entire set of Beatles autographs for around the same price range.

Interesting! Do you know where I should be looking? I’ve been sticking mainly to eBay with some insane prices.

thank you!

Beatleworld is great.
tracks uk is great.
perrydcox on eBay is great

Tracks UK is my recommendation. Jason and his team are great and you can rely on the piece being authentic. They will also offer a Frank Caiazzo authentication for a small fee, along with the Tracks COA, both as good as gold.

I agree with the group that the price is VERY high for a cut sig like that. Also, I don't like that fact it's a 1975 signature framed with a 1980 Double Fantasy Album. Why?

Nice Lennon.....but...the price is ridiculous......
