I thought Frank only provides certificates of authenticity for items he sells himself.

He's also the Beatles expert for some auction houses and dealers, like Sotheby's and Christie's.

True which is why I took that LOA as I can take it Beckett after I receive it .. 

Why do you need Beckett? A Caiazzo LOA is as good as it gets.

If the OP is authentic, can we then say that this $1,900 Beckett authenticated example is also authentic? If not, why not?

I don't see why not. Are you querying the $1,900 example because of the price?
