They are saying it appears slowly drawn as opposed to signed quickly with confidence - aka likely not genuine.

Hi again BlackB. Apart from the obvious things like a Geo. Washington 8x10 glossy signed in silver paint pen, there are no hard rules, just as there are no shortcuts to experience. A signature being slowly created is just one page in a very thick tome. An unrushed, deliberately nice signature can appear "slow" and be perfectly authentic. A competent forgery can be fluid and confident so you will need to look at other things, such as placement or form, style and so on - all at once.
