Spent a few minutes on the UACC homepage and noticed that bio of world renowned autograph collector and dealer John Reznikoff has been wiped clean.

There is a picture of Reznikoff still listed under "Our Team" on the UACC homnepage. e But under the sub-headings of "UACC story" and "Collector Profile"...only the word "pending" appears...there is absolutely NO information about this highly prized member of our hobby. Unless John Reznikoff has never been a UACC member and is in the process of being vetted....but then why is there a color photo of him but no bio information????

You can check for your self on the UACC homepage under "Our Team".

He was recently listed as one of the suspected people that placed shill bids in Mastro auctions. I would assume it has to do something with that.
Doesnt he work for psa and jsa?

from what you said, how do you conclude he was suspended?

But he has been around for awhile and caught up in a fee scandals regarding JFK or Mary Munroe, some stuff in the hair collecting community (Lincoln hair, Elvis' hair for example),

25 Cents for Brains know him as was involved in some fashion in early Auto Siggnature wars

I think you may have this wrong. He is still listed as a Registered Dealer. I would think that would be removed if there was a serious problem. I think they wouldn't have him pictured or listed if there was an issue. It's just as quick to remove the whole thing than just a profile. Maybe he just hasn't turned a profile to be included yet.

As far as the shill bidding thing. Can't say anything about Mr. Reznikoff, but do believe that shill bidding is commonplace on virtually every online auction. IMO.

Appreciate what you are saying here Joe...

Has the UACC board of directors asked him to step down from that august body then ???

There is no information in the directors section on Mr. Reznikoff...and I don't not know why...it appears to me to have been removed...am I wrong ??

There are no other directors or other UACC officials where this personal or biographical  information is "missing". So I asked a question...I am not sure I know the full and proper answer to it just yet...

Reznikoff is not an officer or director of the UACC as far as I know. I don't recall if he ever has been.

Is he a tpa?

I think his name was brought up in deposition regarding accusations against RR shill bidding,

University Archives, his company, is a member of the UACC and a UACC Registered Dealer.

I think it's only fair not to sensationalize discussions with titles that may not be accurate. They get picked up by Google and can hurt someone undeservedly.

Johns a member so just ask him

Well I think that's a wonderful idea Paul.

Since we have now established that John Reznikoff is still a director in good standing  at UACC perhaps he could come on here and discuss why his name is so prominent on the court lists of shill bidders in the now infamous Mastro auction case ??

Should we invite Mr. Reznikoff  here to address  this issue and clear up any misunderstanding ??  Wouldn't that be the "adult" thing to do ??

Maybe management can confirm for us all if Mr. Reznikoff is still a member here ??

Again Paul thanks for your suggestion...

Hello Steve,

I am simply stating that there is no biographical information for Mr. Reznikoff on the UACC directors section. It appears to me at least to have been scrubbed. Every other director including some who are members here have their bio fully intact.

Is it possible that Mr. Reznikoff has either stepped away from or has been asked to step away from his UACC directorship ?? I am asking a valid question am I not ?? The answer is of interest to all members here IMO...

I've not accused anyone of anything...just simply asking for an explanation.

Please count the number of questions marks in my posts...I am inquiring and looking for guidance.

Thanks...
