I thought the consensus was that the Bon Jovi 2020 signed lithos were authentic ?

It was the CD's that were mass autopenned.

not all of them. The ones from Amazon were handsigned for whatever reason.

Doesn't make a difference. The damage is done and if you were buying one off of eBay for example, you wouldn't know what you were getting.
