Jsa numbers missing

I went to a con last week and had some stuff signed by the cast of back to the future. After I got them signed jsa authenticated them and added the sticker/certificate. I checked the database and they are not there. Any idea how long this process takes?

They can take literal months to upload that stuff.

Probably a question for them. I may be thinking more along the way of PSA and the crap job they do of Getting that information squared away,, but I don't think any of these companies are especially fast.

They have your cert #'s stored somewhere.

My cert #'s  took about a week or so to register in the online database back in 2013.

I would call one of their offices (florida or new jersey)

I would advise patience and give it more time before contacting them. There is a known lag period, and emails and phone calls asking about it only diverts them away from key work tasks... like entering things in the database.

Adding cert #s to the database isn’t a problem. Like Steve said, wait a reasonable amount of time before calling them. What’s difficult is getting them to remove a cert # from the database.
