The JSA letter was issued in 2017. Is the seller the one who obtained it and got it LOA'd later, or any knowledge of it's provenance otherwise?

The seller obtained it later. That's all I know.

This photo was sold by RRauction in 2023. The signature looks very similar to the one you are looking at.
