Kansas City Royals - 2015 World Series Champions!!

I never thought it would be possible to utter those words. It just doesn't seem real. But I think it is. Five years ago no one here would have even thought we could ever make the playoffs again. It had been 29 years. And then back-to-back World Series appearances. First heartbreak in seven games last year. And now...pure elation, pure joy!

Kansas City is absolutely going wild. It's an all-night party in the metropolitan area. Thirty years of frustration has ended!

Now I just need to find a Royals 2015 team-signed World Series baseball at a reasonable price!

Thanks, Tony. I'll keep my eyes peeled. I'm really not in a huge rush. If I buy a ball, I just want to make sure it's authentic. So far today, I've bought a locker room T-shirt and a locker room snow cap, and two copies of the local newspaper.

All I can say is it must have been incredible to be a Boston sports fan over the last 15 years with all the titles between the Patriots and Red Sox. I know because just 1 is pretty incredible by itself, although my Kansas Jayhawks did win the 2008 NCAA National Championship in men's college basketball.

Congrats, Terrier. Boston has won over these last several years like no other. And frankly, I'd like to see Brady become the first QB with 5 rings this year! The end of last year's Super Bowl was incredible.

Thank you, David. That's very nice of you to say. I think there's unanimous agreement that the Mets are going to be a World Series contender for several years to come now. Your guys had a great season, and even better times are just around the corner.
