Bit of warning: The one I got is super smeared, and Hello Merch has not responded to my request for an exchange or refund. Huge letdown for $150.

The 3-D glasses I got were also smudged and scratched but not in a major way. And with Fritz...these were $50. I bought a bunch:.

I could live with your smudged signature if that is a consolation… this is not right.

I'm surprised that an item signed by Ralf Hütter isn't sold at the Kraftwerk shop, but at Hello Merch? What kind of retailer is that?

They are an official merch seller for a lot of random bands and labels. I've ordered a lot of stuff from them through the years.

That smeared LP just never should have been sold. Especially at that price.

Agree, I have the exact same problem, with no response from Hello Merch. Buyers beware !
