Regarding the size of a signed card, on French store it's mentioned that even vinyl has CD sized card
I hope it's just copy/paste issue

I was able to order from the U.K. site but I was having it shipped to a U.K. address. But I had to make up a phone number to push the order through. So I guess we will see if I get mine.
