Here are my Leigh and Olivier for comparison:

And a set I sold, also from 1949:

It is in the AM for me, but I think I'd pass on the OP.

And another from 1947 which I owned and sold to a friend:

I'd like to focus on the OP images which michelle posted.

Those pages are nice, vintage examples.

The Leigh signature, in particular, is stronger than often found by her hand (which could be more delicate at times).

I posted those exemplars for Michelle's use. That was my intent and my prerogative. I'd like for you to stop trying to tell me what I can and cannot post, especially in threads that you did not even start. I did not post my Leigh Candids or rare stills showing the shooting of the first scene or Kazan directing..

I said I would simply like to focus on michelle's post in my intial comment.  No mention of you in that comment.

Hi  Eric, obviously yours are stunning, really classy.  The examples I posted are scrappy and very inferior but is there anything else you dont like on mine when you say to pass please?

On a related note for Eric -

Is that Leigh/Streetcar postcard one of the German ones, by any chance?

I knew that was coming. No, it was from Tom Kramer and examined by several here.

I actually like it.

If you ever want to sell or trade, keep me in mind.

p.s. I was just asking about the country of origin.  I do not see any copyright info. on the front which is typical of the German ones.  Nice item!

Thank you Eddy. I did not mean to snap at you. Have a great weekend.
