Hi, i'm looking for member opinions on this Lennon autograph.
I am considering buying this Lennon autograph. It costs EUR1200 in a Beatles shop.
Thanks and regards...

Yes I know. I can transfer the money to a trust account
and the provider will only get the money if the autograph is genuine.
The Beatles Shop is not far from my place of residence.

I would say no. The others posted in this thread stick out as being authentic, but the one in question looks off to me.

Yes, see what Ballroom thinks about it.  The more opinions, the better.

Hi Suzanne,

I'm seeing far too many rare autographs on plain pieces of paper these days. A little spot or two of ageing or staining that doesn't affect eye appeal. They look very similar to yours.

The autograph alone does not have the natural Lennon flow that I look for.

OK, thanks Steve.

Unless it’s been very well-protected over the years, it does seem very white-ish for its age.

Susanne,

This Lennon sold at RR in June for $2,276:

This Lennon sold for $3,032 in April there:

The second is not genuine?

This Lennon was discussed here before. I’m not a big fan of it, but as I recall I was in the minority.

I posted those two as examples of what similar autographs sell for. The first one was in the low $2000 range and nowhere near as nice as yours. The second one is $3000 and very much like the one you were asking about, except that it’s green.

I have understood. Thanks Steve
