Heritage has had a hit or miss track record recently (as they "missed" on a Beatles "Help" LP signed by 3).

Any thoughts on this one?  (Supposedly from the '75 WFIL Philly signing)

I have a piece with Frank's LOA dated 2002....realizing he is tops in the field , perhaps I'll send a note mentioning this item , in addition to getting him to look at my Lennon piece.. thanks guys!!  love these spirited , but most important , chats

Best of luck with having it authenticated. Sometimes we see autographs turn up after 40 or 50 years, that's been in someones collection.

This one's a lot newer than that. With a heavy emphasis on the word "a lot". :O  lol

Frank and his assistant have always looked into auctions where his COA's are included. I can't imagine why they wouldn't get back to you with the "Imagine" signature.

There was no COA from Frank mentioned with the Imagine album.
In that case, it will be harder to get Frank's opinion.

Sued? He ran one of them over? Or over an auto opinion?

Imagine!
Frank was sued by Jerry Gladstone and American Royal Arts for giving an auction house in the UK the opinion that this Revolver album supposedly signed by the Beatles that ARA sold was by the Southern California forger.

That was back in 2008...that was a classic!!!

This is the signed Revolver album that the lawsuit started about:

Classic example of what we call the "Southern California Forgers". This is what started all the fuss with Frank and ARA....these are all over the article about signed Abbey Road albums...what's real..and what's not? People should save this for future reference.....these are still showing up and being advertised as the real thing...
