Just to clarify: the issue is with NGU Memorabilia (selling through liveauctioneers and invaluable), not liveauctioneers.

They have had that same disclaimer before, but usually hidden within their general terms and conditions, not spelled out below each item. This item is obviously fake, as are most of the rest of the crap they have listed. But, I don't agree that liveauctioneers has no responsibility here. This is fraud, and they are either active co-conspirators, or at the least aiding and abetting the fraud. They should be called out for doing so. If the scammers did not have this kind of internet exposure there would be a lot less money lost.
