I think that its on the money because it's such a unique item with the history to boot.

I agree with you. It may not sell quickly at that, but I think the price is reasonable.

Beautiful signatures although some (Stones/Beatles, etc) have other artists signing on the same page which would reduce the breakup value. I think $65 grand is too high and the actual value would be closer to $35,000.  That's why it's been on the market for 6 months and counting.
