Here's are Bud Abbott and Lou Costello signatures I came across that are signed in black fountain pen. The Abbott signature looks like other exemplars I have seen and I believe is authentic. I tend to think the Costello is as well. With Lou, I know that his signature sometimes varied and his secretary also signed for him. I was wondering if those familiar with A & C and their signing habits might care to weigh in.

Here is my A&C collection for comparison: Matching C. 1945 album pages from Dr. Gary Brucato with a C. 1952 candid from the Violet and Francis Zane Collection.
Thses appear somewhat atypical - see what others say.
p.s. That's a great candid, Eric!
As I compare the ones on your album pages and the ones I have posted, I'm feeling a bit uncertain myself. Yours seem to have a natural flow to the writing which I'm not sure the others do.
Thank you. What are these signatures on? Can you show the whole item?
