I ordered two and got run around on one and told not signed on other. Took chance on 1 and refunded other. They knew and did nothing.

Can someone advise who they are emailing to get the refund and postage back?

I've been just emailing the generic umgnashville@umgstores.com, you have to usually wait at least a day or two for a response each time.

I emailed them at that address and got this response within half an hour.  Of course, it is not the return label that was requested.

Hopefully it is less than a day for the next response, but most likely it will be an email explaining the steps to return, then another email from you responding, with a return label a day or two later.

i wonder if they know they messed up and are just going to refund people without having to return. i was under the impression UMG was sticklers about not refunding until they get the item back, at least with Taylor's store that's how it goes.

they sent me a refund via paypal, and I dont have to send it back...

What wording are you all using to get these immediate refunds? Hopefully they are doing this across the board.

Yeah i hope so, i probably should have asked that before i sent my email yesterday. I haven't heard back yet but i will update when i do.
