Mantle Opinion

I’m trying to decide if it is even worth making a short drive to look at this Mantle. The photos are limited, which already has me on guard, but I thought I would share what I can see to get some opinions. I know without seeing it in person and without better photos it’s hard to say much, but any help would be appreciated.
