This is truly sad and unfortunate.  It is sad for the many Star Wars autograph collectors who were looking forward to this once in a lifetime opportunity.  It is also unfortunate that miscommunication and misunderstanding has once again prevailed over the common good.  I personally know how it feels to negotiate for hundreds of people, only to see things fall apart at the last minute due to circumstances beyond your control.  Andy, do not sweat it.  Your heart is in the right place.  May the Force be with you.
