Hi,
Post good flat scans of the photo, the signature and authenticator for responses.
If it's in decent shape it's probably worth $1,400-$2,500+, depending on the autograph and the snapshot. But forgeries abound, even with a COA, so be careful. Don't buy it without getting several knowledgeable opinions on authenticity.
Marilyn is usually 1,000$+
However, I would not buy this if I were you... It looks weird. The M and the L in "Marilyn", and especially the whole "Monroe" don't match with her usual signature (at least, I've never seen one like this one before).
Steve is right; you should be very careful. A COA can be very misleading... I'm not saying it's fake, but it doesn't look genuine to me. I'm sorry : /
I saw this item on auction. I loved the picture, it is entirely unique, this photo same day, arriving by helicopter. A crazy signature, but real. I really liked and wanted this item, I thought it would go for at least 5k, in the end I don't know what it fetched.
This photo would be worth something on it's own, as new books on MM are always looking for something not already published.
