In this thread you will find an example of an autograph that passed relevant opinions, professional and from respected users in these forums. That one is legit and fits the era from which the picture is from. Brad Sundberg has a similar one.

Since it looks really different from the one you posted and I've never seen anything that comes even close to your example, I'm quite certain it's a fake.
