I'm noticing a sudden influx of MJ signed Michael Jackson drawings coming on to the auction market, which seem to share the common themes of either 'portraits of historical figures' or 'Disney characters'.
Both of these themes are of course recognised from Michaels' drawings both at a young age and later in life, but it is interesting that so many new drawings are being released on to the market at the same time.
Here are some current examples:

And another one here, from Knaisz auctions on ebay usa 21 Jan 15.

I'm not sure that would tell us much.... It is likely that there is more than one 'faker', and to muddy things up a bit, they could easily trace each others drawings and copy each others 'fake' signatures'. After all, copying is what they do......
Well, as I recall, Epperson implied he had several more he was going to issue COA's on, and how many has he already done?
If he says now they are no good, there are gonna be a lot of angry buyers looking straight at him, not to mention a pretty lucrative scam for others drying up.
No, this explanation has to be very well calculated, that takes time.
Saying "I made a mistake" is rarely used in this hobby. Especially when "opinions" and selling forgeries are so lucrative
This is the weekend, when he's usually not here, and a holiday to boot.
Roger is a stand-up guy. He does a lot for the autograph community and has been sued for speaking his mind to try to protect collectors. Give him time. Don't try to lynch him.
This whole thing has my head in a spin.
I don't think Feldman would forge mjs autograph and Epperson is adamant they are real.
Is it possible MJ signed his art differently?
Even steve says he thought the autos were real.
Is Feldman the actual owner or is he just being used as a name to give the art more credibility. Cause I don't think he would conspire to sell forge artwork and MJ autos
And I don't think Epperson - who everyone agrees is the best MJ expert in the world, would get so many wrong.
Ahhhhhh
Thoughts?
Mike Frost has been in communication with Feldman, who says he's never owned a Michael Jackson signed drawing and was shocked and dismayed to find out what was being sold in his name. He sent Mike an email to publish and Mike sent it to me. I'll get it up this weekend.
Michael Jackson autographs are the most dangerous music autographs to collect right now. It can be very hard to figure out which sources are legit and which aren't. Julien's had an auction with hundreds of MJ autographs consigned by Michael Bush, one of his designers. They were pathetic. They didn't remotely match any exemplars I've ever seen.
So Steve,
What do you think of the drawings and autographs posted here?
Since Juliens were so pathetic, and didn't match any of your exemplars, what do you think?
Since Epperson is your MJ go to expert, which exemplars does he have, as opposed to yours?
