Michael Jackson drawings (Miscell inc. 'Historic portraits' and 'Disney characters')

I'm noticing a sudden influx of MJ signed Michael Jackson drawings coming on to the auction market, which seem to share the common themes of either 'portraits of historical figures'  or 'Disney characters'.

Both of these themes are of course recognised from Michaels' drawings both at a young age and later in life, but it is interesting that so many new drawings are being released on to the market at the same time.

Here are some current examples:

^ Here is the link to the original painting, and a quotation from the artists description:

(Not sure why the link doesn't seem to work...it is a genuine link)

I started this the day I came back to London from Michael's memorial in Los Angeles.
I tried to draw something for him as I use to, while I was there, to put up in Neverland, I wanted to make another pair of Angels like the ones I did in 2005 during the trial but my hands weren't working, my mind stopped the very moment I realized Michael was gone.
Im thinking of all you who still believe in fairies and magic, to all of us that go to Neverland every night, to all of YOU who are making the World a better place.

To me Michael was an inspiration, he was the human being I wish to be, never gave up, never stopped fighting, always caring for the ones in need even on the worst times. Always loving, they never broke his Spirit.
He is a Legendary Human Being, not only an entertainer.

The link works.  Thank you Lizzie for posting this.  If anyone has any notion now that these items are "legit" think again.  Drawn by a fan after Michaels death, but somehow MJ drew a copy of it beforehand.  This is getting ridiculous.

I am beginning to think that you don't believe in time travel.  ; )

More from 'Michael' via the Simon Parr 'Bert Stern' on-line auction to be held on 11th July 15.

New Lots 7 Sylvester, 126A Sophia Loren, 337 Elmo, 338 Green Peter Pan, 382 Jerry the mouse, 383 Jiminy Cricket, 390 Diana Ross, 391 Morgan Freeman.

Actually, I'd like to put in a request!  'Michael', if you are listening, I'd love a signed drawing of 'Shaun the sheep'!

Just a little footnote to say that some of the 'sold' items seem to reappear at later auctions eg:The MJ 'gold' outfit photo (Lot 57 on 11th July 15) was last 'sold' on 28th March 15 as Lot 81.

The 'hand on hip' Mickey Lot 441 in the 11th July auction was previously Unsold as item 382 in October 14.

Lots 433 and 434 Peter Pan and Tinkerbell (Ireland)  in the 11th July 15 auction were previously Unsold in July 14 (Lots 315 and 316)

And 'Michael' continues his artistic output for the 11th July Simon Parr auction, with a few more 'treasures' as follows:

Lot 246A Clark Gable, Lot 290A Shirley Temple, Lot 320 Bugs Bunny, Lot 350A the Three Stooges- but sadly no 'Shaun the sheep'.

(Hmmm, somebody likes purple!  Are we sure that these are not by Prince? (or the artist formerly known as)?

Maybe we need to get a certain Canadian some new crayons.

Now for a  small juxtaposition!

Here is Lot 228 from Simon Parr auctions dated 27 July 14 (unsold).

Underneath is a current item from ebay USA.  I wonder if they could possibly be related?    :)

I didn't realise that Michael spent his time in hotels ripping up pillowcases into small squares to sign!

Killeigh2003 is a known seller of forgers (the eBay link).  If you Google them you'll see they've been outed in the MJ fan community years ago.  All their auctions are "private" afterward as well.

Another of the same type of pillowcase signing has appeared on ebay uk today. The text is: 'I love this city very much all my love to all of you I'm going to sleep now'.

The seller (clockman00_4) says that the pillowcase was purchased 'loose' but has since been framed.  There is a COA with it from 'the Academy of Autograph and Manuscript, Texas'. The BIN price is £400.

A new one I think? (and very small at only 2.5 ins square) from ebay usa today (seller bluelifesaver) and priced at $49.99 to start (and similar postage cost).

It reminds me a bit of E Lucas... like the one below

Yes this is absolutely Erick, thank you for finding these (she also found a Peter Pan twice signed book sold previously by this person which is also a signature from Erick x 2).  Lizzie will add these to the Erick discussion...  I already emailed eBay seller bluelifesaver on a previous item and asked them where they obtained it, and it was from an "employee at Neverland".  There's an original story.
