The seller says it´s signed in 1999 and has a COA from Harrison Autographs in the UK, which at least I never had heard of before! When searching I found this site, they seem to be more focused on fotball/soccer autographs:

Any opinion on the MJ would be appreciated!
Have no clue on the M J, as don't collect him but I would be very careful , like mega careful re Harrison autographs. ps - I like your Rolling stones !!!
Its real (if its not a reprint, there have been many reprints of this listed on eBay in the past).
The provenance on it should come from Don Liggett (who obtained it but has now passed on) and Alan Light.

I'll give you Alan Light's Flickr link to the story on how it was obtained, as its better to get it right from the source. https://www.flickr.com/photos/alan-light/210434760/in/photostream/ (scroll down under the photos to learn about how it was obtained--and then forward a few photos to get to the actual autograph). It was obtained in Feb 1988.
The original should have a pen puncture hole in it---as he held the piece of paper in his hand when he signed it--not a flat surface
Thanks Wascher and Steve, that´s really interesting!
In the ad it says that it´s signed in 1999 and that the COA is issued in 2006, so that info seems like it´s not correct. But the seller just replied to me that it actually is a pen puncture hole on the paper, to the left of the signature...
I will get more photos (on the back also to see if there is any Kahala Hilton print) and info later when he returns from work. I´ll keep you updated!
