I'm definitely getting it for a steal, but have put no money down, had to bring it here first.

So what do you think

Definitely fake

Nope

This is from Markus Brandes isn't it?

Yes it's on his site. It says it was obtained in person in Munich.
Obtained by Markus?
How big is the photo, it looks like it could be quite small which would be a reason for the odd autograph

I would have to agree my reaction to this one was "not genuine". Shocked to see it comes from Markus who is usually extremely accurate. I suggest getting a Roger Epperson quick opinion on this one if you are thinking about buying it.

It's only 400 fr euros which is very cheap for an mj auto. I don't really want to second guess it purely because of the dealer but without sounding rude it looks like a poor eBay forgery.
As soon as Brandes Knows about this conversation, he will "delete" this photo from his site. He's very professional and serious with the signatures he sells.
Tried emailing before posting here but got no reply.I know he is respected, so that kind of put me off on it.
I agree with the consensus here. My initial reaction was that this was a forgery. But with the additional information that it comes from Markus Brandes, I have to re-think it. Markus is very respected I think, so normally you can feel very confident when you buy from him. ...things that make you go hummm...

Authentic or not, it's not a nice example. IMO, I think for a few more dollars you can find a far better looking signature.

Very true.
