This is actually from a swedish seller who claims that his cousin got this in person when he worked as a stage builder at Ullevi when MJ toured there in 1997. He said that he would include a written letter from the cousin explaining how he got it and also pics from when he met MJ...

But I guess anyone can fabricate a "good" story...

Being handed a secretarial isn't necessarily fabricating a story.... I do believe people when they say they rec'd these from MJ's camp.  I have a few of these in my exemplars with very similar stories.

You're correct wascher, that doesn't have to mean that the seller is lying. Quite a big difference in lying and (probably) not knowing...
