Looks secreterial to me.

Was there one person who signed for him -- or several?  (If you know).

I believe this is secretarial as well.  Its a different secretarial person than the one we normally see.  On this style you will see capitol E's a lot in the "dedication" area.  MJ rarely ever wrote a Cap E, unless it was at the beginning of someones name.

Examples:

Does this one look real or secretarial?   Thank you!

Someone showed me this one the other day.  I am not sure who wrote the inscription but its not in his handwriting, every letter is in caps, and thats not his style at all.

Here's a note below that shows what I've normally found if he uses a cap E (they look like backward 3's).  And are usually always at the beginning of a word.  See if I can find a few more.

This one below was part of the wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, notes in his house preparing for comeback.  Note backward 3's twice for an E

Here's one that just shows what his normal inscriptions looked like.

Another below, one to Karen Faye his make-up/hair artist, where you can see the writing looks nothing like the ones that have the cap E's.

Just some writing styles of his, he had a quirky style, mixing the upper/lower case.
