Mickey Mantle Auto Real?

Hi everyone! 

I have the chance to pickup this Mickey Mantle autograph and wanted to get some opinions. There is a COA but from the 90s and by a company no longer in business so I am skeptical. Any help would be appreciated!

Isn’t his last name spelled wrong there? That should be a hint.

It’s not the best picture but the “e” is there after the “l” under the corner of the batters box. Did you think the rest of the signature was bad? Thanks!

Can you post a better scan for us to view it? I can barely make out that “e” at the end.

Unfortunately that is the best picture I was able to get. I did zoom into each name below if this helps at all!
