These are Machine-Produced signatures.

Ebay seller Solomania is listing them as authentic Mickey Mantle autographs.

Part of the auction description reads: Country Of Manufacture: Republic Of Korea.

The criminals use a system that signs deviations of the autograph. It's pretty sophisticated.
