Mickey Mantle LEGIT or POS

At one time in the very early 90's when the hobby was at its "peak"  Disneyland (in So Cal) had a soprts memorabilia store on Main St.  My cousin worked at the park at the time.  Eventually Disney had other plans for the store and my cousin was able to purchase this Mickey Mantle signed plaque at a huge discount so she picked it up for me.  LEGIT or POS?  I have alot of other signatures from that time period but this one always left me wondering.  Thank you guys are awesome.
