It appears the signed insert is no longer available.  If you add it to cart and then click on the + to show what is in your multi buy, the signed insert is no longer there and it doesn't say signed in your title of your items.

FYI...It's on the bottom of the order in a black bar. That 'free item' is the limited sign print.
