It is important to stay on top of Brian Burkel the Felon Scam Forgery Never Stop Con Artist Shop that keeps changing its name as soon as he gets enough bad reviews and publicity. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FELON. It’s all worthless junk.

Its the same fake garbage. Look at the guitars and albums, pick guards, movie junk. Same worthless forged cr&p.

Just fixed that.

I came across this company a couple months ago. It struck me odd as any one entity having a dozen copies of Sgt. Pepper's signed by all the Beatles as well as nearly a dozen copies of Electric Ladyland signed by Jimi. The ones that struck me the most were the Elvis Presley albums. I found it amusing how some are signed in silver Sharpie, but the silver Sharpie did not come out until 2004. I emailed them and asked if they guarantee their autographs will pass PSA or JSA and this is the response I got:

"Thanks for writing!

No, we absolutely do not make any such a guarantee.  They're so-called authentication expert's are not court appointed, nor have they had police forensic training, like our 3rd party authentication service trained by Interpol, the nationwide police.
These are friends authenticating their personal friends stuff, good for eBay, but not the rest of the world.
As listed on our website's user agreement:
† Authentication Guarantee
† Every item purchased from us comes with a Certificate of Authenticity guaranteeing it to be authentic. Each item has been authenticated by a 3rd party authenticator(s), and the user of the web site accepts the validity of the authentication at the time of purchase, and no other opinion of the validity of the autograph’s authentication is acceptable, or negotiable for any kind of consideration.
Please let us know if you have any further questions, or concerns!

This is one of the most bizarre emails I've see, and granted this moron did not know he was speaking with someone who has numerous degrees and certifications in criminal justice and forensic science. I find the fact that they authenticate their own stuff hilarious. That is almost as good as if we let criminals investigate their own crimes. I would stay as far away from these clowns as possible!

Hurry, they have a 50% off summer sale going on, so you'll only lose half the amount of money that you might otherwise spend.  What a load of crap.

Now the big question...how willing is this dealer to refund money when I call him out on fake autographs? My well-meaning girlfriend bought an item from them for my birthday...purchased it more than 30 days before giving it to me, so that window has closed. I have several solid reasons to believe the item is a total fake and can cite those in my email to the company as well as threaten to get the Attorney General involved, but does anyone know if this will get my girlfriend’s money refunded to her?

Did she pay by credit card? If so, she should be covered under buyer protection in most cases.

Don’t make threats to get law-enforcement involved. You can do it, just don’t make threats.

I would talk to the credit card company first, who will likely tell her to try to get a refund from him before filing a claim. But she needs to find out if she’s covered, and how to file a claim, first.

I am impressed by the amount of money this crooked dealer https://autographauthenticationstore.com or AUTOGRAPH AUTHENTICATION STORE spends on advertising. I suspect that it is over $10,000.00 per month in google shopping ad clicks. If one does a search on google shopping for BOB DYLAN AUTOGRAPH ,you will find all 25 results lead to the https://autographauthenticationstore.com store
bob dylan autograph
https://www.google.com/search?q=bob+dylan+autograph&rlz=1C1CHBF...
Please realize this works with almost any popular artist searches. Here are a few examples:
Johnny Cash-
https://www.google.com/search?q=johnny+cash++autograph&rlz=1C1C...

beatles autograph..beatles autograph
So my point is that the forger is spending literally tens of thousands of dollars every month in order to get clicks on google shopping
A person can do a search for Jimi Hendrix Autograph jimi hendrix autograph and you can purchase it for $731.00...What a bargain
You can do a search for the doors autograph with Jim Morrison doors autograph
and purchase the LP for $500.00
Please note that the company does not accept paypal FAQ
One would think that the chargebacks from MASTERCARD AND VISA would have the company thrown off.
Here is the GUARANTEE that https://autographauthenticationstore.com offers:
"Yes, every item purchased from us comes with a Certificate of Authenticity guaranteeing it to be authentic. Each item has been authenticated by a 3rd party authenticator(s), and the user of the web site accepts the validity of the authentication at the time of purchase, and no other opinion of the validity of the autograph’s authentication is acceptable, or negotiable for any kind of consideration."

If we agree upon the return, we will email you a post return label you can attach to the package to pay for the return. After 30 days, we do not take any returns, or exchanges.
SO MY QUESTION TO ALL OF YOU IS' HOW DOES THIS FORGER STAY IN BUSINESS?'

Here is the new url  of A+ Authentication.

https://a-authentication.com/product/the-beatles-band-signed-introd...

Here is the new return policy:

Items ordered can be returned, no questions asked, within 120 days of sale. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled in first 30 days. An additional 10% restocking fee per month will be charged if cancelled after 30 days.

SO YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM , BUT THE COMPANY CHARGES A HEFTY RETURN FEE

Hi everybody, I am brand new here, but was directed here from seeking information about the validity of this company that my boyfriend recently made a very large purchase from....and I must say that you guys are awesome by all of the posts I have read!!  So, as I was saying, my boyfriend decided to invest some of his unemployment money from covid-19 into a business that we could operate from home due to all of the health risks and covid right now.  I am about to post a link to the website, but I just want to say that after all of the threads that I have read, I am convinced that this is Brian Burkel's newest adventure.  NONE of his previous company websites are in working order anymore, including the last known company he ran, Autographs Authentication Store.  And just so that you know, as of before the last 48 hours, I had zero knowledge of all of the dangers and forgeries connected with collecting and selling and trading memorabilia.  Wow, people really will go to great lengths to steal other's money, won't they?  I really wish that I had found you guys, or looked into this business field that my boyfriend wanted to get into.  This is his first experience with selling his collectibles as well.  He used some of the money to buy from several different sellers, on several different sites. Most come with JSA and Beckett authentication, thank goodness!!  However, in his searches for items, he did come across this company with what looked like beautiful memorabilia, for great prices.  https://a-authentication.com/

He purchased around 20 items from this company, mostly autographed albums, and a drum head.  He has spent probably about anywhere from $10k-$14k with this company in the last 3 weeks.  So I got to work designing websites for him and FB page, IG page, Twitter page, etc.  He decided to pay me for my work with a QUEEN - "A DAY AT THE RACES" album, which is supposed to be signed by all members of the band.  I listed my Queen album for sale on several sites for sale.  The main inquiries that I was getting was about the LOA and who was the company that provided it.  We had paid an extra $30 per item to have the LOA come with the products that didn't have one yet.  I was given several offers on the album, but only if I get the album authenticated by one of the 3 major reputable companies, JSA, PSA, or Beckett.   After the third such conversation doubting the validity of the LOA that we already had, provided by  https://autographsauthenticationservices.com/  I starting getting very curious about all of the doubts.  We thought that this company certainly looked legit by their website database, they put a hologram on the LOA itself and one on the product with matching numbers.  Then you just go to that website and enter the # and bam, your item and info about the item pop up.  Seemed legit to us, who, don't forget that we had absolutely no experience in this field.  The LOA paper itself is on very thick, decorative paper and made them look even more legit, to us at least.  I have seen several pics of their LOA's on other threads but I will post some pics of ours here because after studying this issue nonstop now for 2 days, I have many questions and things that I would like for everyone else to see.  When I post the pics of the LOA, look at where the 3 officials signed them.  None of the signatures are hand signed, they are like printed or stamped on the papers.  The same exact signatures on every single LOA, no differences.  Don't those signatures have to be actually signed in ink?

So, to try and make this post as short and to the point as possible, I am going to post some pics of some of the albums that he purchased, that thanks to this website and all of you, I can now see all of the inconsistensies and highly doubt that not even one of them are authentic.....some look like the same exact person has signed different band member's name on the same album.  Some look like there is no way that they have been signed since the 1970's.  When you look at all of the albums spread out, they look like the same marker has been used on several different albums.  Some of the signatures have obvious differences in how certain letters were written, vs actual authentic signatures of the same artist.  I can now see that it looks like the same person signed many different signatures on many different items.  So to say I was upset, is an understatement!  I immediately removed any listings that I had posted of any albums from this company.  At this point, I just need advice, if you guys don't mind helping us, on how to go about getting his money back.  Should we contact the company, Prestige A+ Authentications, who says that we can return the items within 120 days, no questions asked.  The first album he bought was on Sept 1, so all purchases have been made within the last 22 days as of this point. If we return the item within the first 30 days, they keep 20% for restocking fees!!!  WTF??  And after 30 days the keep another 10%, which is 30% total!!  Is there any way that we can return these obviously fake, misrepresented items and get 100% of our money back.  All purchases were paid for by credit card.  One person I talked to said to just start the process with the credit card company first and give them all of the evidence, etc. and the credit card company will get our money back.  I read one of the posts here that says contact the DA first.  I am so confused.... If anyone has ever been an idiot like us, and made these purchases before educating ourselves about what we are getting into, what way did you go about getting a refund?  Did you get the full amount?  And more specifically, has anyone had this same issue with this same a****** and his company of the week, and successfully gotten your money back.  I just want to get out from under this headache and heartbreak, and then when we get the money back, invest in Funko's to turn around this time, lol.  Thank you guys so much in advance for any help that you are willing to provide....

By the way, I posted this as a reply on this thread because I wanted to give the latest information that I believe to be true about Scumbag Brian Burkel and show you that I truly believe that this is his newest name (Prestige A+ Authentication) and website https://a-authentication.com/ .  Then, EVERY SINGLE ITEM he sells is autheticated by this company ( https://autographsauthenticationservices.com/ ) so I think they are in kahoots, or maybe he runs both companies together.  On these LOA's the first signature is by " Brian U. Tabios, Authenticator".  Is that another one of his aliases?   After reading all of the information on this website about him, I am stunned that he is still operating ANY business and getting away with this.  I looked it up, and this company has only been in business for 3 months, and the address of the company comes back to a house in Las Vegas, NV.  This guy HAS to be stopped!  His thousands upon thousands of items are no doubt flooding the market, especially with his awesome prices, and these fakes are getting mixed in with genuine items everywhere!  How do you even begin to start cleaning up this industry with all of that going on?? Wow!  Just WOW is all I have to say at this point........

Should I post this as a thread starter to get more help?
