This is an ALI poster that came ?? from a professional signing in the 90's..signed by ALi and artist Angelo Martino. Is this the real deal? the only authentication it came with is a "seal" from CDP from Kingston NY stating this is authentic....?? There is no number (such as # 100 of edition of 1200) on the poster....

One thing about Ali, everyone who meets him, even for a second, has wonderful things to say about the man.  I don't know if your autograph is good or not...but I'm hoping for you! Let us know how it goes.

OK thanks..I have nothing at all bad to say..it ewas just the last time..was so hectic...he was being asked by everyone at the fundraiser to sign and then collectors snuck in and his people had to escort hgim out--he was so frail he could hardly stand up...I felt really bad.  He was nice and the signing 2 years previious..making jokes and signing as best he could..ALI  is one of the undisputed American Legends:))))

Hi..I emailed Steve and his repsonse was inconclusive..he said based on Ali's health and changes in signing..it would be truly imposisble to say YES or NO to this...I cant say it is not good...nor can I say it is....if it came with a sealed affidavite it was a witnessed signing....that may be the only proof..I am not giving a yes or no to this....keep trying": Hmmmm....??? Weell at leats he didnt say looks bad !!

Sorry meant emailed JIM

There was a guy on Net54 who claimed to have a private signing with Ali back in the 90s and got a lot of these Marino prints signed. He apparently had photos of the signing. The thread is here, but it looks like the images have been removed:

I would not want any Marino artwork in my home. I'd think of the millions those slugs stole every time I looked at it.

Thanks for the link..there is no images just like you to to check the autograph....I still have not see nany real ALi graphs from the 1994 period to compare if this is indeed real....or even if the artists autograph is real....

Thnak you..very intersting..his autograph differs greatly/....i was able to look at his early 1990's real example posted on this site...compared to the one on the poster I have..it mathces well....but this may nbe a hard one to know if someoen is a great forger or if Ali signed the poster...see authentic example from 90's that's a damn good matcg
