Any opinions on the authenticity of this Neil Young autograph? How is the reputation of the seller, sodoautographs? The signature looks good to me, but I'm not 100% sure I trust the seller. Any help is much appreciated!s-l1600-8.jpg

I believe his name is Justin Maser. He used to be a member here and he used to be a member of RACC. I'm unsure of him but others may be able to share more light.

Ok. I really appreciate your reply!

Use the search engine here to look into sellers etc.

Eric, I looked into the seller (and his 2 or 3 separate names used) extensively. Just wondering if experienced sellers/buyers/collectors on here would trust his product, even it seems to be authentic. Thanks!

Well, I might look elsewhere at other items with other prices. YMMV.

Ok, Thank you for your input!

Ive seen nothing but authentic items from his eBay store...

Thanks for the input! I have yet to see anything questionable of his graphs that I'm familiar with. Just wanted to double check on this one.

Don't know the seller, but this signature looks authentic IMO.

Thanks for your input!

There was a lot of controversy regarding the owner of that ebay page, Justin Maser, using a couple different fake screen names here to hide his identity (n.steiger and jim officer) while bashing other sellers for selling fake items.  The issue was also raised that he himself is a master Pink Floyd forger among other things.  You can probably do a search and find all the past articles regarding him but this thread comes right to mind:

Real or not, would you want to do business with someone like this whos capable of such shady dealings on a message board?  Seems like a red flag in itself to me.  Also, keep in mind Neil Young isnt exactly the hardest to fake.

I appreciate your input. I did indeed read through the couple of threads here regarding the seller and his fake names, etc.

While I normally hate doing business in terms of buying autographs with people who have portrayed shady behavior, I remain confident that this particular Young signature is real.

After examining details of the signature and comparing with as many Neil Young signed items from definitive, legitimate autograph dealers on eBay, as well as receiving a "looks fine to me" quick opinion from Roger Epperson after describing who the seller is, I do feel that this signature should be the real deal. Not to mention, for all the items this seller has on his eBay account that have signatures I feel I am very familiar with, they seem absolutely legitimate, however, I understand I can never be 100% sure.

I would appreciate any other opinions that anyone has on the situation relating to my quick opinion from Roger and the legitimacy of this particular signature.
