Neil young with crazy horse signed poster

I have the opportunity to buy this poster signed by Neil Young and Crazy Horse.
The signatures were personally acquired from the seller in 1997. I believe his story to be true. Neil Young added his age on the picture. The size is 66 x 40 cm ( Divide with 2,54 to get size in inch) I only have this picture.
Are the signatures real, and how much would you pay/what is it worth?

i dont like the neil thats me or need to see a better scan of just neil,

i would discount becuase its personalized aliot.
